Stylin’ Dad-To-Be

Just in time for Father's Day

Father’s Day is right around the corner. There’s no better way to show him your love than to style him right for his big day.

BBQ’n:

Tis’ the season for some sunny weather, cool pool time, and some delicious BBQ. This season, style your man to look his very best. A pair of 7’’ light, embroidered shorts with a classic Hawaiian-themed, slim button down is just what he needs to stay comfy but maintain his style. Too casual? Bronzed loafers, navy linen shorts, matching slim sport coat, and a classic white polo will have him looking formal, yet staying comfortable and cool.

Brunch’n:

What better way to show off your trendy man than at Father’s Day brunch? Linens for a casual brunch will have him looking put together and cool.. Cream linen shorts or trousers, with a similar patterned linen button down and a pair of classic navy TOMS, will give him maximum comfort through some amazing brunch food. Going for something more formal? Not to worry. A light suit can do the trick as well. A light grey suit, with a white polo, and sand-colored suede monk strap shoes will have him looking as dapper as ever.

Beach’n:

Did someone say vacation time? It’s beach season which means two things: sandy toes, and dad-bods. All he needs now is the perfect outfit, to show he can still look his best even when the layers come off. Cuban collars and knee-skimming shorts are what you need this summer. For all attention seekers, find him a patterned Cuban collar, short-sleeved button-up, that will catch everyone’s eye. Add on a pair of classic chino shorts and classic sunglasses to complete the outfit. Wanna stay a little more low-key? Classic linen t-shirts are back in style. Pair his favorite board shorts that show off that dad-bod, with a white or grey classic linen tee with a thin neck line.

Father’s Day is only one day but style advice and great statement pieces last well beyond that. Take these tips into his everyday life and your man will be sporting a dad-bod, and a little Stowaway on his shoulders, in style in no time.
